Open House at Company HAGRO in Schaijk (NL). High Speed Roughing in 42CrMo4 DIN 1.7225 heat treathable steel with LMT FETTE 8-flute Endmill Diameter 12mm. Toolpaths generated with trochoidal milling stragegy by CAM programming. Hurco VMX 42 HSi high Speed with patented Ultimotion Software, 0.4 MS block Transfer rate, up to 10.000 blocks look ahead. Milling feed in film is 12500 mm/min. We have tested up to 15.000 mm/min without Problems. The Hurco WinMax CNC control has absolutly NO LIMITS to do this extreme High Speed stuff.
