This Notoriety Armor-Crit build is CRAZY

This Notoriety loud build combines both armor and critical strike, with great defense and decent movement with the insane damage using crits and damage perks! Featuring the new weapon, the HK417 and its power creep stats. This is applicable to almost all loud heists as long as you play with its strengths. Using your HK417 along with your high critical chance to and other perks to deal MASSIVE damage to all opponents. Since not all players can reliably play dodge, I had thought to make an armor build that still sustains movement speed and damage for its offense.

My second proper content, WITH VOICEOVER THIS TIME! Although it is not the greatest commentary as I had a lot of plosives and a noisy background, I suppose it works out still. Please forgive me for the quality of the commentary, I will try my best to come up with solutions to create a better voicing experience (Also that was all done in like 1 take with breaks in-between lol)
