How to teach your child to read? Having effective tools can make the journey a lot easier. Here are some tools that my family has come back to again and again over the decades. I begin by sharing tools used for mastering the alphabet, and move on to tools that are helpful for the child who has mastered the alphabet and is ready to move on to reading.
