Extract text from images and PDFs using Azure AI Foundry

Learn how to use Azure AI Foundry and to extract text from images and pdfs! We’ll explore how to accomplish this task using the AI Foundry portal UI, curl commands in a terminal, and look at how to build an app that can perform these operations in bulk and in a more automated way. Along the way, we’ll learn a little bit about how Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Services work, how to leverage their REST APIs, and how AI can be used to analyze images.
