Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as "tapping", is a self help method that involves tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on negative emotions or thoughts and talking those negative thoughts into positive thoughts. It's a technique that some people find helpful for managing stress, anxiety, or other emotional distress.
My EFT meditation videos are step by step guided meditations designed to easily follow along with the meditation. These are short meditations designed to calm you down with limited time. Good videos to save for later and do meditations again at your leisure.
