It's believed to be the first Phaeton built as well as 1 of only 467 U.S cars built that year, less than 1% of the 377,428 cars Buick produced in '41! 5 year, no expense spared, photo chronicled with 1600 photos, 1000's of receipts totaling a documented $220,000!
