This video shows the process of making a waving wooden American flag. It's something anyone can do with very limited tools. The flag itself is roughly 24x48 inches and is made entirely from 4x4 untreated pine timbers which can be purchased at any local lumber yard or big box store. I chose to use stain for the entire flag rather than paint because I think it gives off an overall warmer look.
