City of Oneonta drying out after heavy rains cause flash flooding

Heavy rain caused flash flooding throughout the City of Oneonta Friday morning. Two water rescues were needed, several roads were damaged, and businesses were cleaning up after water came inside.

The water rose quickly and was powerful. Four people in two different vehicles were rescued.
