Mango SALSA
1 ripe large mango (can use pineapple or peach as well)
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 small red onion
2 garlic cloves
1/4 red bell pepper
1- 2 tsp honey
1 small jalapeno
Salt and white pepper for taste
1/2 Tbsp lime juice


SALSA
1 jalapeno
1/2 small white or yellow onion
1 cup cilantro
3 large cloves of garlic
14 oz can of roasted tomatoes
1/4 cup of any other can tomato (I just used some regular diced tomato)
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 tsp salt
2 tsp white granulated sugar
1/2 lime


GUACAMOLE
1/4 small red onion
4 medium ripe avocados
1 small Roma tomato
1/4 cup cilantro
3 cloves of garlic
1 jalapeno
1/2 lime
Pinch of cumin (optional)
1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
1/2 tsp salt (based on taste)
1/4 tsp white pepper (based on taste)
