Homemade After Eight Recipe | My Harry Potter Kitchen | Chamber of Secrets (Ep. 10)

After Eights are the world-famous after-dinner mint formed of a sweet peppermint fondant with a crisp outer dark chocolate shell!
In this week's recipe, I'll show you how to make after eight chocolates with an easy after-dinner mint recipe. Better yet, using this method you can personalise your chocolates into any shape you wish (although as it's My Harry Potter Kitchen we couldn't resist another Lightning Bolt recipe)
If you haven't heard of After Eights before then you might have seen them under a different name such as Andes Mints or Peppermint Patties!
