Spark too OP ? after playing this i don't think so anymore
Now you might think what is this 1 BALL i cast is going to do but THE BALL AoE zap Radius is HUGE and you just don't see it
Ball lightning has 750% MORE shock chance + 100% more from Conduction which means every hit will proc many Lightning Conduits that will clear the whole screen
Ofc the mana cost of this build is INSANE and you will need heavy amount of regen 1500+ and % mana on kill jewels
This is not the optimal setup yet since i think extra COS does nothing and i will probably drop it for mahu shield to get even MORE mana sustain and damage
My gear is not that crazy given what you see but adorned is pretty good here and even 50% will do the job for you
Overall this build shits on spark and is way better just nobody have played it
And yes every boss will insta die since LVL 29 conduit has insane amount of damage and you proc it multiple times per hit
