This is my orchestral arrangement of "Forever Rachel", originally composed by Nobuo Uematsu. I used samples from a full orchestra to create this piece and put a lot of love and care into this song and video. I hope you enjoy it!

Forever Rachel is one of the most beautiful and (understandably) popular songs in the Final Fantasy series. Although Rachel is a relatively minor character in FF6, the impact she had on Locke is an important part of his character development. The story is tragic, and thus, so is the song; if you listen closely, you might noticed (if you haven't already) that the melody is a slower, more sombre variation of Locke's Theme. I covered this theme in my FF6 Epic Orchestral Medley (here, if you're interested:    • Final Fantasy 6 Epic Orchestral Medley  ) and bridged it together with a variant of Locke's Theme because of this, representing their interconnected story.
