Freespace: The Sixth Seal 2 - Spear of the Ascended

This is the second mission of The Sixth Seal 2 campaign for the Freespace Port. It is April, 2335, just after the destruction of the Lucifer, and we portray a pilot recently inducted into the Imperial Guard of Parliamentary Vasudan Empire flying off the PVD Ascendant. The PVN and GTA fleets are driving the Shivans back to Ross 128, but our tasking today is in Delta Serpentis hunting the Hammer of Light. The HLCa Eternity, an old Udjat-class carrier dating from the early Terran-Vasudan War, has been disrupting allied operations in the system, and Command wishes us to capture - not destroy - her. To gain knowledge of the carrier's whereabouts, we are to strike an asteroid mining operation connected to her. We must disable the cruiser overseeing the mining operation and destroy all other ships, so that our marines can board and get the Eternity's coordinates from her navigational computer. After this we will immediately jump to the Eternity's location where we will be joined by Rho wing, and disable the Eternity for capture.
