Ingredients: For the Marination (30 Mins):
Chicken (approx. 500g)
1/3 tsp Chili Powder
1/3 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/3 tsp Coriander Powder
For the Gravy:
Oil (for frying)
Onions (Puree)
Ginger-Garlic Paste
1/3 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/3 tsp Chili Powder
1/ tsp Coriander Powder
1/3 tsp Jeera (Cumin) Powder
1.5 tsp Chicken Masala Powder
Instructions:
Marinate: Mix the chicken with the spices and let it rest for 30 minutes to soak up the flavor.
Fry: Fry the marinated chicken in oil for 5 minutes on both sides until golden. Remove and set aside.
Sauté: In the same flavor-infused oil, fry your onions and ginger-garlic paste until fragrant.
Combine: Add the chicken back in with the remaining spices and chicken masala. Simmer until the oil separates and the chicken is tender.
