The Hario V60 is a sleek, simple pour over brewer. We love the V60 because it emphasizes flavor clarity and brightness over mouthfeel.
While similar in design to the Chemex, the Hario V60 does have a few key differences. The raised ridges spiraling downward help to lift the filter off the walls, and the large opening at the bottom allows the fineness of grind to control the flow. While other brewers can brew for small groups, the V60 is great at making enough for just one cup.
