47- Morning Glory Dot Art Mandala Tutorial

This is a step-by-step tutorial on creating a 12” round dot art mandala on ¼” MDF board. Watch this calming video to discover how to create dot art mandalas. This gorgeous piece has 16 petal shaped mirrors, 16 diamond shaped mirrors and 32 triangular mirrors to embellish it!
I’ve combined a colour palette that reminds me of a Morning Glory at sunrise. Peace.
Throughout the video you’ll find notes describing which size tools I am using, along with the paint colours.
There are a number of places in the video that I have traced out the swooshes showing a beginner how to start and maintain symmetry. Of course, you can simply paint your swooshes in without the guidelines. And if you are brave….you can use a brush instead of the dotting tool!
