In May 2025, Otto and I set out on a new long-distance hike — our longest in quite some time. We chose the Southern Upland Way, a 214-mile walk that stretches coast to coast across the south of Scotland.
Join us for part 5 of our hike. After 10 days of sunshine, the weather changed - we had a few cold, wet, and windy days. Finding sheltered wild camping spots was a bit more challenging, but we still really enjoyed this section. Most of the route took us over open moorland with lots of amazing views from the tops.
