In my last two videos I made a tall vase in two sections and trimmed in. Now it's time to add Terra Sigillata to get a shiny surface - ready for pitfire.
Remember, we do not add glaze to pitfire. So to get a smooth and shiny surface we need the raw pot to be smooth and shiny. I do this by adding Terra Sigillata to it when the pot is bone dry.
