Funnel Pour with METALLICS - WOW!! 👀 Look at those lines!! Abstract Acrylic Art Painting

This one was all about using a funnel to create rings on paint, and when stretched out across the canvas creates some really great patterns and designs. I tilt in a circular motion to really open up the creation. I can't wait for you to do this one with me.

Tutorial Information and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

▶️Technique for this Tutorial: Funnel Pour

▶️Pouring Medium formula (unless otherwise stated in the video): My paints are mixed with paint, water and a pouring medium (Floetrol Owatrol) with a ratio of 1:1:3 - You may have to adjust your ratios depending on the paint brands you use.

Note: Floetrol Owatrol is thicker than the US version of Flood Floetrol so you might not need the water element when mixing your paints.

▶️Cell Activator: When I use a cell activator, I use Australian Floetrol and Titanium White with the ratio of 4:1 - You can experiment with other alternatives like Silicone Oil, Vegetable glycerin, pre-stain wood conditioner or even just paint and water.

▶️Color Palette for this Creation (Brand and Color Name):
Pebeo: Iridescent Silver, Iridescent Gold, Iridescent Copper
Amsterdam: Titanium White, Lamp Black

▶️Hair dryer: When I use a hair dryer I use the Remington D3010 and always use the cool setting and the lowest blow speed.
