How do you find remote campsites where you can be 100% alone and isolated from the rest of the world? Camping out in the western part of the United States is something I've been doing for the last several years, and I've gotten really good at finding locations off the beaten path where no one is around you.
It's not that tricky, it takes just a little bit of time and preparation. In this video, I walk you through how I use google maps and a map of the US public lands to determine great remote campsites to stay at over the course of a few days.
Wether you're doing van life or tent camping, these skills are extremely useful to know how to do and I try to walk you through them by sharing my screen here. Ultimately, we want to stop paying for RV and tent resorts and go out into nature to be away from the conventional world. Finding your own camping spot is a skill that should be developed in order to do such a thing! Im happy to be here to help you.
