Waqf Law Supreme Court Hearing: Waqf law SC Hearing: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने वक्फ संशोधन कानून पर सुनवाई करते हुए कई अहम बातें कही हैं. वक्फ बोर्ड में गैर-मुस्लिमों की नियुक्ति पर रोक है और वक्फ संपत्तियों की स्थिति जस की तस रहेगी. हालांकि, याचिकाकर्ताओं के एक वकील का दावा है कि 'वक्फ बाय डीड' और 'वक्फ बाय यूजर' पर तो आदेश है, मगर जो संपत्ति रजिस्टर्ड और गजटेड नहीं है, उस पर कार्रवाई करने के लिए सरकार स्वतंत्र है.
Waqf Law Supreme Court Hearing: Waqf law SC Hearing: The Supreme Court has said many important things while hearing the Waqf Amendment Act. The appointment of non-Muslims in the Waqf Board is prohibited and the status of Waqf properties will remain as it is. However, a lawyer of the petitioners claims that there is an order on 'Waqf by Deed' and 'Waqf by User', but the government is free to take action on the property which is not registered and gazetted.
