An edit I made way back in 2018 and never uploaded! I still feel it's worthy of the tube! This was when I was most into dragon staff and exploring new stuff!
This particular set up is what I personally use. I make and sell them. Bespoke flexible ultra light hubs are completely toolless when setting up, slip on, slip off! I also developed the grip from sustainably harvested natural rubber. All mounted on an ultra light Carbon Fibre for hours of training and injury prevention.
