DETAILS:
CHP got reports of a Vehicle that was traveling on the 10 fwy going East in the West Bound Lanes.
CHP Baldwin Park requested an air ship to see if they can get a visual of the vehicle.
A sheriff unit was traveling west bound when they spotted the vehicle traveling the wrong way in the HOV lane when the sheriffs unit blocked the vehicle from continuing the wrong way.
CHP started a traffic break and other CHP units were able to grab the suspect and the vehicle off the fwy and conduct a sobriety test.
