DOP Solutions' DOP2200 Thermal Aerosol Generator, used for HEPA filter testing in clean air and containment facilities all over the world. It is the most efficient and reliable available today. This video gives a visual instruction on connecting power and gas, filling oil, switching on and making aerosol.
It is not recommended to connect tubing directly to a thermal Generator unless it is short, rated for high temperature, and connected to a negative pressure system. A PIP (Positive Injection Pump) is advised to deliver aerosol into the airstream.
