Budget External Breather Catch can for Harley Twin Cam 96.

Installing a Catch can on my HD Rocket C Twin Cam 96.
Super easy to do & Should fit most Twin cam models with Stock OEM air cleaner system.

Th fuel hose measurements;
7/16 i think..
( Best to check OEM tube size by taking the stock breather hose in & ask for a direct size 1metre replacement )

15cm - 16 cm for both left & right hoses that connects to the Breather bolts.

8cm - 9cm for the bottom hose that connects to the catch can.

This whole setup only cost $33 AUD !

The Catch can helps the engine to Externally Breath” by eliminating any unnecessary gunk feeding back into your engine through the breather hoses. This causes carbon build up on the pistons and valves and over a long period of time can shorten the life span of your engine.
The solution is a External breather system.
Thus making this mod essential if you want to maintain peak performance & reliability of your Harley Davidson Motorcycles engine.

Anyone with some basic tools will be able to do this mod, so why not save your self the money you’d spend else where and invest it future by putting it back into your tools / bikes

Catch can $15 from Ebay
( Universal Brake fluid Reservoir )

OEM size Vacuum fuel hose. $7 from Repco

1/4 Brass 3Way T Connector $11 from Repco

Tools.

T20 Torx. x6 Bolts
T27 Torx. X3 Bolts
Ratchet
5/16 Allen key x1 Bolt
11mm Socket. x2 Bolts
( Removing the Air cleaner system)

A Drill + 4mm Drill bit.
( For making a Whole in the catch can & air cleaner )
O Ring kit ( Optional ) to seal things up if need be.
