👇 ingredients used:
• pasta - 2 bowl 🥣
• butter -2 tbs
• maida -2 tbs
• milk - 1 cup 🍵
• cheese as needed
chilli flakes 🌶️
• salt and pepper 🫑
• Butter for saute
👇 steps
1 pasta ko boil karke side me rakho.
2 butter + maida bhono.
3 milk add karke smooth sauce banao.
4 cheese, seasoning add karo.
5 pasta coat karke serve karo.

• Sauce zyada thick ho jaye tho 2 tbs milk add karo
• mac and cheese texture ke liye mozzarella or processed cheese use karo.
• pasta ko overcook mat karo.
