These soft and melt-in-mouth ragi & jowar cookies are specially designed for babies. No maida, no refined sugar, no eggs – only wholesome goodness. Naturally sweetened with banana, these cookies are safe, nutritious, and delicious for little ones.

📌 Recipe by: Easy Cooking with Das
🧾 Ingredients (yields ~12 cookies, 15g each):
Ragi (finger millet) flour – 50 g (½ cup)
Jowar flour – 25 g (¼ cup) (or oats, powdered)
Ripe banana – 100 g (1 medium, mashed)
Coconut oil / ghee – 10 g (2 tsp)
Cinnamon powder – a pinch (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 160°C.
Mash banana into a smooth paste.
Add ragi flour, jowar flour (or oats), and cinnamon. Mix well.
Add coconut oil / ghee and knead into a soft dough.
Roll into small balls, flatten gently, and design with a fork.
Place on lined tray, bake 12–15 minutes until just set.
(Cookies should stay soft, not hard).
Cool completely before storing.
