The moss stitch is very simple and easy for beginners.
You might also see it referred to as the linen stitch. It's made up of a single crochet + chain 1 where the single crochets are worked into the chain-one spaces created by the previous row, rather than into the loops of the stitches themselves.
Foundation: Chain in multiples of two plus one.
I am starting with a chain of 81. And a chain of 41 in the video as an example This is baby blanket size (it will be 24 inches wide after I add a border) so feel free to make it wider and longer.
