The CURE to Social Media Addiction | It’s Not What You Think

Social media has been getting a lot of bad press lately, with several suggesting 30 day social media detoxes or quitting facebook, instagram, or twitter altogether.

I argue that social media can be a useful tool, if approached in the right way. One on extreme, you have angry luddites condemning the use of social media, and on the other extreme, you have addicted students who are oblivious to the detrimental effects of their use. As with most things in life, the truth is somewhere in the middle.
