My BEST TACO AL PASTOR in Southern California is from El Taco Grande in South Central Los Angeles. Like I always say, "The more dangerous the neighborhood the better the food!"
Here at El Taco Grande they are known for the delicious birria tacos but my absolute favorite taco is the TACO AL PASTOR. It's in the flavor and the technique. You have to try them to believe it.
