A glimpse into grooming of cross-country ski trails of the Grand Mesa Nordic Council's ski trail system atop Grand Mesa in western Colorado. Most of the grooming is done with PistenBully 400 snow groomer that has enough weight (20,000 lbs / 9000 kg) and hydraulic pressure to manage and compact the more than 300 inches of seasonal snowfall.
