Learn how to do the Iso Pop - Hula Hoop Trick

Iso pops are one of my favourite hoop tricks. I love the way they look. Once I had learnt how to do an isolation I was right onto ISO POPS!
This tutorial goes through isolation's very quickly then straight into how to do the iso pop. I use a 32" hula hoop for this trick but you can use whatever you have. A big and heavy adult hoop will most likely be too big and heavy for this move so stick to a 38" or less.
