The global waste crisis is a significant problem faced by both developed and developing countries.
Cambodia, in particular, struggles with the lack of systematic waste separation and recycling facilities. This, combined with inadequate public infrastructure and indiscriminate use and disposal practices, has resulted in a worsening waste crisis over time.
Nevertheless, there is one school called “Coconut School” that takes an integrated approach to address waste issues, environmental concerns, and education at the same time.
