***Lecturer's note: I explained this incorrect ~48min, DDI is Ventricular based timing. The Ventricular timing is at the base rate and the clock runs off of the previous ventricular event or pace. Early atrial events have no affect on the ventricular timing.
On the 7th complex the device delays the RV pace because the ventricular timer had not timed out. Before the timer ran out, a ventricular intrinsic occurred, resetting the the ventricular clock. We'll talk more about this in later lectures...
