3 night solo camping trip in one of the Mid Atlantic's premier hiking destinations: the Spruce Knob - Seneca Creek Backcountry in the Monongahela National Forest of West Virginia. This was an excellent trip that offered everything from heavy thunderstorms, hidden mountain meadows, a plane crash site, waterfalls and wild trout fishing.

Big Run Trail → North Prong Trail → Allegheny Mountain Trail
Day 2:
Swallow Rock Trail → Seneca Creek Trail → Judy Springs Trail → Lumberjack Trail → Off Trail RR Grade to the Lost Meadow
Day 3:
Lost Meadow RR Grade → Lumberjack Trail → High Meadows Trail → Horton Trail → Seneca Creek Trail
Day 4:
Seneca Creek Trail
