Stringing often occurs when the filament is not retracted far enough into the nozzle while traveling to the next position. To get rid of it you just have to play around with the retraction settings in your slicer.
In the video you will see a before and after timelapse and how I improved stringing from a hairy owl to almost no stringing. My print was done on a Prusa MK3S and the PrusaSlicer. The best results so far where accomplished with following settings:
Retraction Length: 8.5mm
Retraction Speed: 100mm/s
Retract amount before wipe: 50%
The retraction length is quite high, but as I need to park the extruder for 3 sec. on the side, the filament runs out of the nozzle . For the E3D V6 hotend it is actually not recommended to pull the PLA up more then 2mm (thanks to the feedback in the comments). You can check the right length by just looking at the nozzle right before it travels back to continue printing. If you still see filament coming out, increase the retraction length. My settings might not apply on your setup but it should give you an idea on how to improve stringing on your prints. If you don't move the extruder to the side while taking a snapshot, you might not need a retraction length that is that high.
This is definitely not the final configuration as I have to lower the retraction again, but I hope it gives you an idea how you can work on stringing. I think that part of the problem is the wood filament.
Let me know if you have further questions or feedback ;-).
