I talk about how my biggest challenge became my greatest teacher, exposing deep-rooted fears and ancestral patterns around safety, money, and control.

The ego wants to feel secure, but true security doesn’t come from outside of us — it’s cultivated within.

When we build our inner foundation — presence, self-trust, intuition — we become our own anchor in any situation.

This journey hasn’t been easy, and it’s not over, but I now know:
