港島深宵點心店 自製點心｜叫賣式點心 ［新興食家］

新興食家在西環屹立逾半世紀，營業時間由凌晨三點至中午四點，獨有夜茶時段，宵夜歎點心的風情，近年已買少見少。雖然裝修欠奉，又殘又舊，但依然名人客眾，有指謝霆鋒、陳奕迅亦是粉絲熟客。餐點價格實惠，點心每籠$23起，從深夜大學生通宵聚餐，到區內街坊人茶聚，以至近年被受內地旅客熱捧，生意火紅。該店主打自家製作的懷舊中式點心，點心超過50款選擇，如鴨腳紮、糯米包、炸鮮奶、豬潤燒賣、雞絲粉卷等，款式老派，特色十足。

Xin Xing Shi Jia has stood in Sai Wan for over half a century, open from 3am to 4pm. It offers a unique late-night tea hour, offering a late-night dim sum experience that has become increasingly rare in recent years. Despite its shabby, dated appearance and lack of decor, it still attracts many celebrities, with Nicholas Tse and Eason Chan reportedly among its regular fans. Its affordable dim sum starts at $23 per basket, and its popularity has flourished, with students flocking to it late at night for all-night dining, local neighborhood friends gathering for tea, and, in recent years, mainland tourists. The restaurant specializes in homemade, nostalgic Chinese dim sum, with over 50 options, including duck feet dumplings, glutinous rice buns, fried milk dumplings, pork siew mai, and shredded chicken rice rolls. The dim sum is old-fashioned and full of character.
