Y'all know I like to cook, right? So does the great Captain James Smith. For whatever reason, he needed a temporary Chef on the California Dawn 1, and he asked me if I could do it. I said I would be honored to.
I cook a lot, but I have never catered to a group this size. I have to say that I am proud of the work I did on the boat. My food was delicious and abundant. I got some good tips too. It was fun. I ended up cooking for 3 weekends in a row. So, this is the first of probably 2 or 3 more videos to come when I get time to edit. I have probably about 20 videos that need be edited at this time, but I am very busy. It is hard to keep up with. Life has gotten to be harder and more laborious in the past 5 years or so; in case you were wondering why I don't upload as many videos as I used to. I'm working my ass off just trying to make things work. But I love it when I get a chance to make a fun video like this, that I hope and think that many of you will enjoy and find interesting.
