C5 Corvette Headlight Gear Replacement

Replaced the headlight gears on Kahuna1, an ACE members C5 FRC Corvette. His drivers side actuator was grinding so we knew the gear was stripped. He bought the brass gears for both headlights so we replaced both at the same time. Pretty easy job really and no worries about messing up the sequence of the lights. If you are worried about something though I would suggest doing one side at a time so you have a blueprint so to speak with the other side if you need it. Hope this video helps someone out. I know there's quite a few videos of this procedure so I'll just add another one. The reason it took me a couple days is when I got home from work I did one side then when I got home from work the next day I did the other side.
