Raddish, or white radish, winter radish, Oriental radish, Daikon, মুলা is a winter vegetable that is often seen in asian dishes. Today we will be making a Rui fish, or rohu, rui, রুই মাছ recipe with the white winter radishes. It's a great dish as it contains a nuce amount of calcium, vitamin C and potassium. The radishes are also very low in calorie while still remaining delicious, so this dish can be enjoyed by everyone.
