In this video, I diagnose an air pressure gauge issue on a 2023 Tico yard truck. The gauge was jumping around erratically, and previous checks pointed to the sender or wiring — but the real problem was deeper.
Using wiring diagrams, a 5V logic explanation, and hands-on voltage testing with a U-scope, I walk through how this 2-wire pull-down sensor circuit works and why the issue wasn’t with the sender, but with the 5V supply from the speedometer module itself.
💡 This test method let me split the circuit and prove where the fault was — without guessing or replacing unnecessary parts. A great example of data-driven diagnostics on an off-highway system.
