Karachi ke Gumnaam or Pur –asraar Ghaar | Hidden Cave in the mountains of Karachi

This is a hidden and mysterious cave nestled in the mountains of Manjhar Goth, Karachi. I can confidently say that it’s one of the few undiscovered spots in the city. It took us nearly two hours of trekking to reach this hidden cave.
To be honest, we had no idea it would be so intimidating—not because of any supernatural presence, but due to the wildlife we encountered. We came across golden jackals, porcupines, and wild bats. Our guide, a local familiar with these mountains, repeatedly warned us not to venture deeper into the cave due to the presence of highly venomous snakes and scorpions. He specifically mentioned cobras, the local Sindhi snake known as "Lundi," the saw-scaled viper.
The cave itself seemed to go very deep, but we couldn’t proceed further because the bats became aggressive and started flying at us. We were not prepared for such a dangerous environment, so we made the decision to turn back.
Despite all this, the location offers breathtaking views—it sits within a beautiful mountain range directly facing the sea.
In conclusion, while the cave and the journey were filled with mystery and adventure, I strongly advise against visiting this place unless you are a trained snake handler. The risk of encountering deadly snakes is simply too high.
