Paddy Cullen - Oxfam

Paddy Cullen is the campaign coordinator in Western Australia for Oxfam. He explains the goals behind Oxfam's new GROW campaign, which aims to change the way we produce, manage and consume food in order to eliminate hunger and poverty. Paddy also mentions the different ways that we can make a difference, including very small changes we can each make to change the way we manage food.
