My name is Loes and I see it as my life practice to really reveal my Self. With this I mean to go beyond the self that is 'working' to be valuable, beautiful and good enough. My intention is to post heartforward video's to invite myself (and by this also you) into authenticity, connection and selflove. I wish to bring inspiration about topics that I think matter in these times of transformation in our world.----
