For paratha
Maida - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Water - to knead
Oil - 1 tbsp
Oil for spreading - 1 tbsp
Oil to cook

For cutlet
Poha/rice flakes - 1/2 cup
Water - as required
Oil - 2 tsp
Green chilli - 2
Carrot - 1 small
French beans - 2
Salt - to taste
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garlic powder - 2 tsp
Onion powder - 1 tsp
Frozen peas - 1/4 cup
Coriander - 2 tbsp
Boiled potatoes - 4
Maida - 1/4 cup
Corn starch - 1/4 cup
Yellow food colour - pinch
Water - for making batter
Bread crumbs - for coating
Oil - to fry

For assembling
Capsicum - few juliennes
Makhani sauce
Cutlets
Parathas
