Back in May 2025 PHAD was called in to diagnose a DEAD Saab 9-3 Turbo Wagon in Ithaca, NY.
The Saab only has 72k miles on it, and was shipped to the new owner on a trailer.
Apparently it drove onto the trailer, but REFUSED TO CRANK at the final destination.
The owner had the Saab towed to a local "European Specialist" who condemned the Column Integration Module (CIM) and started playing SWAPTRONICS....
So we have a bunch of random CIMs and ignition keys to play with...
Let's bust out the Tech2 and get to work.
But this Saab is STUBBORN!! After 3 hours of diagnostics I have to make a call...
