This video shows the snorkeling and free diving experience in Samaesan, Sattahip District in Chonburi province of Thailand. I traveled there for a day trip with friends to escape busy city life and to enjoy free diving and snorkeling.
Started in Bangkok at about 4:45 am and reached there at about 8:05 am. Then, we met up our team there and left for the diving spots. We had a great time snorkeling and free diving in three different spots.
Captain and his team were awesome. They taught some of our friends to free dive. They also captured and filmed our best moments. We spent time for about four hours.
Although it was fun, we were a little sad as we did not see any sea turtle there and decided to visit the Sea Turtle Conservation Center.
This is a project undertaken by the Royal Thai Navy to conserve sea turtles and release them back into the sea. It is sad that the number of sea turtles are decreasing very fast due to climate change and human activities, so to save this beautiful creatures, let's do something to help them.
