Named for the lush green grass and the lucky gemstone Bruce carried with him from the mainland, Emerald Bay has the potential to become a money-making enterprise for Sim City by attracting tourists from around the world.

With only a small grant and an entrepreneurial spirit, Bruce is tasked with building new industry and making the big-city investors happy.
