🔥 16 min Abs Workout — Low Abs, Slim Waist (Level 4, With Weights) 🔥
Hi everyone! 👋
Today we’re focusing on the lower abs with a 16-minute circuit designed to challenge your core, build strength, and help define that hard-to-reach lower belly area.
🧱 Workout Format:
10 different exercises
60 seconds per exercise
30 seconds rest between each
This session targets the lower abdominal region, which often requires more focus and control to activate properly. So take your time, focus on form, and really engage that lower core!
🧘♀️ What You’ll Need:
✔️ A yoga mat
✔️ Ankle weights (optional but recommended)
I’m using 1 kg ankle weights for this workout — but feel free to choose the resistance that works best for you.
Strap on your ankle weights, get into position, and let’s light up those lower abs 💥
